Please give a minimum of 24 hours for appointment cancellations.
Missed Appointments/No Shows/New Clients

24-hour cancellation is required or a 50% service charge may be incurred.

No call, no shows will be charged their full appointment price.

A card must be put on file and/or new clients require a deposit, which will be credited toward service.
15 minute grace
In the case of a client being 15 or more minutes late to an appointment, they will be considered a no-show and will be charged according to the no-show policy.
Online Booking
New clients booking online will be contacted by their stylist to get a Card on file to hold appointment.
Children
Small children are welcome to join you at your appointments as long as they are accompanied by an additional adult to provide child care while you receive your service. This is to respect other guests and stylists.
Refunds
While we don't offer refunds, we want nothing more than to see you thrilled with your hair. If by some twist of fate, we missed the mark or you think we didn't quite nail it, we're happy to offer one revision. Just give us a shout before the two-week mark after your appointment, and we'll make it right.
NSF checks
If a check is returned for insufficient funds, clients will owe the amount of the original check plus a $50 bank service fee.

Cash, Card, Apple Pay, Check, and Venmo
All services must be paid for at the time of service. Thank you!
Stylists have the right to refuse service to anyone.
